If you've found this page, you're probably trying to get a current version of Kallisti. I'd advise against it. Kallisti is not a working compiler: it's barely even a prototype. If you really want to take a look at the code, though, here's how to grab it, assuming you have darcs installed:
darcs get http://www.rntz.net/darcs/kal
